The refund link in Hotmart's purchase email works. Or open the purchase after signing in at consumer.hotmart.com. Or write to business@japanbowler.com with the email you used to buy.

Where does my money go, and when?
Back to the same card or PayPal. It usually appears at your bank in 5–10 business days.

What do I pay if I cancel in the free days?
Nothing. Cancel within the 7 free days, and no charge is made.
First payment
Is the first membership payment covered?
Yes. The 15-day guarantee covers the first payment of the membership.
Cancelling
How do I end the membership?
Whenever you choose, sign in at consumer.hotmart.com. Open the membership, choose payment settings, and then cancel subscription. Or write to us and we will help.
Letters continue until the end of the month already paid. There are no more charges.
Missed cancel
What if I was charged after forgetting to cancel?
Within 15 days of that charge, write to us. The same applies to a charge made by mistake. We will look at it carefully.
Unsubscribe
Does unsubscribing cancel my payments?
No. It stops the letters only. Cancelling at consumer.hotmart.com is what stops payments.
Past the window
And if more than 15 days have passed?
The guarantee window has closed. If something is wrong, please still write to us.
